Guest module
In the community security management, the visitor system is a crucial part. Our APP provides security personnel with convenient and efficient visitor management. When a visitor comes, security personnel can quickly enter visitor information through the APP, including name, ID number, reason for visit, information of the interviewee, etc. The APP will automatically generate a dedicated visitor QR code or verification code, which visitors can use to enter the community. At the same time, the system will record the visitor's entry time in real time, and when the visitor leaves, the security personnel will scan the QR code or confirm the verification code again, and record the departure time.
As a property manager, you can view detailed visitor entry and exit records anytime and anywhere in the APP. These records are presented in the form of a clear list, including key content such as visitor name, entry and exit time, and respondent information. You can also filter and search by date, time period, interviewees and other criteria to facilitate the analysis and traceability of visitors.
