EclipseTheStars as I've told you before in other posts, I don't intend to tell you what you should do, I just intend to give you another point of view (from a place where I'm not personally or emotionally involved).
I don't know exactly what's going on with you and K7, it really seems like there's more behind what you're both saying, I don't want to delve into the details of it either.
I can only say that K7 is clearly speaking from unfamiliarity with situation, everyone, whether on his discord, patreon or even here on the forum, knows that BD is not doing things right. Another thing is whether they accept it or not, but as long as they don't have some mental problem you can realize how screwed up what BD does is.
The only ones who sincerely defend BD are those who are not well informed of the actions of this developer and those who are new to the game, the latter will soon become disillusioned.
A while ago I saw a comment that perfectly explains, from my perspective, why most BD fans defend him so desperately and it is: the sunk cost fallacy.
But well I'm getting off topic, what I wanted to tell you briefly and concretely is that I feel like you're taking it too personally and giving importance to the situation with K7 that it doesn't have, in short, if he doesn't like you and he blocked you for no reason then it's his problem, you should ignore him and continue with your thing because you should care if he blocked you, a sign that he's not interested in what you have to say, well that: you should return the favor in the same coin.
But not only with K7 but with everyone, both in real life and on the internet, it is good to be reciprocal with what you receive.

When they were starting out, BD often promoted K7's game and talked about their bromance so it's not very surprising that he would defend him now. I also personally always wondered if they didn't write for each other's games or something since the writing is pretty similar, or at least it used to be.

I know that , but i mean there is not much point in giving players the ability to change mc's name and surname and after you make enough progress on the game change mc's name and surname to the one the dev has given him

Super fucking disappointing to see K7 of all devs flippantly misgendering a trans person.Man, imagine me calling a dude who is fucking mental out on a discord I am on. Has nothing to do with defending anyone but that person is obsessed with braindrop. Its actually insane, you have to see some of the stuff he writes there... Besides, that stuff doesnt take anything from my time. Just being a little funny and doing a little trolling, you know how it is, downtime between doing renders and stuff.

i hardly think he looked at my profile page before blocking/muting me, nor does he frequent this thread or pay any real attention to the Discord, i don't care at all - - i get messages every day from people who "can't find my pornstar profile picture" on the internet

Either way, like their defense of BD, at best it's a case of ignorance at worst it's an act in bad faith.
Now that I think about it both games are sorta 9/10ths trying to drink positivity/good vibes from a firehose and the last 10th is darker more traumatic stuff.

Also being one of those old as fucks who played both games in the beginning, K7 is one person when hes on his discord...all rainbows and starlight...but on other sites hes a grade a ass...notice my pic it was a render he did for me so yes I was a supporter for a long time.

Penny looks like a woman too, she's just kind of bland and almost old fashioned in style - especially that haircut...
Shauna, imo, is way too thick with her make-up though. She looks actually so much better without it. I guess she tries to compensate with it since she obviously sees herself differently.

DISCORD UPDATE : So ... I may have derailed the entire discord into talking about Dragon Age Veilguard and comparing it to the Mass Effect Series, a back-and-forth that apparently went all through the night and into the afternoon.
