    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    I had a whole bad week I think I gained 5 pounds at least. Doritos. Beer, sandwiches, cerial, bread with jam, or honey. Fruits, chocolate..... Primarily binch eating. Need to stop.

    We ended up having oven roasted chicken legs, broiled honey, garlic, and herb potatoes, and slow simmered green beans. A neighbor brought over food so that the wife could have a night off to start her cooking lessons.

    ya, evening meal must be light food by default.
    plus i ve stopped eating animals 6 months ago.
    out of solidarity to the animals.whom die in pain and fear to feed us, even that we can go without it!
