Maybe the wood-working for mere mortals series? It looks similar to the woodworking for humans stuff posted similar
Not sure if I would call this a good low barrier recommendation if one has limited tool space, but I highly recommend this series for any newbie looking to get into woodworking as a hobby. It runs around $150, but the presentation is very good and detailed. Easy to follow and geared towards the complete novice.

His YouTube channel doesn't update quite as often anymore but he's got tons of good projects and videos there. He became my go to when I was just starting to dip my toes into woodworking.
